Pick a Class – We have class times that fit most everyone’s schedule. Adult or Young Warriors (Ages 5 – 13) View our schedule here.
Wear Comfy Clothes – Aikido must be experienced to achieve the most benefit. So once you pick a few class times, it’s time to get on the mat. No particular uniform required. Wear something comfortable and so you can move freely.
Enjoy a Balanced Life – After you or your youth have tried aikido a few times, take a moment and see if it’s the right activity for you. If it helps you approach aspects of life in a more harmonious way, then enjoy the journey.
